Lacewing larva. Found this guy in the shrubs. After researching a little, it appears these little guys will often disguise themselves by piling bits of 'trash' on themselves. This one's covered in white fluff. I couldn't figure out what it was at first--thought it was covered in parasites. I flipped it over to see what was beneath all the fluff--and that's when I saw the little bug itself--complete with those front pincers which it was more than happy to bite me with when I got it on my finger.
Got it off pretty quickly after that, and put it back in the bush. Ouch.

I like this little lacewing larva, but I won't probably put one on me for scale again. The bite really doesn't feel good. And it's a little creepy.
