Sharon graces us with yet another teacup. Perhaps her 40th or so. It's as though she's a classy mug hoarder. When Rusty asked her if she'd ever been in therapy, I expected her to say, "Why yes. I'm in drink-ware-addicted anonymous. DWAA"
Some nice shots of her kitchen counter, and what do we have here? I fire-engine red teapot. Oh, and look! A matchy-match cup. Neat-o.
What we can tell, is that it's a lovely, glossy red teacup and pot. The rim is edged in gold--and as Sharon lifts the cup from the counter, we glimpse the arctic white interior of the cup--which hints at a delicate, swirling pattern.
The cup has a flared base, and some sort of handle--hidden from view at the moment.
It appears to point upward at the tip of the handle.
These small, yet important details enable us to determine that Sharon Raydor is using a Teavana teapot: Ruby Filigree Red Bone China Tea Set. Retails, as of December 2013 for approx. $100.00.
I think it's really lovely, though personally, I gravitate toward the Royal Sapphire set:
Don't forget, Sharon's lovely eggplant colored tea set, designed by Judith Weber, can also be found at Teavana's website:
And savvy shoppers can occasionally find good deal on Ebay for Teavana items.
Teavana: where Captain Raydor meets her tea needs.
**UPDATE** Teavana's having an online Christmas sale (2013) and you can grab an online coupon code, apply it at checkout--and save $20 bucks + free shipping. Good deal if anyone wants to add this pretty prop to their home.
